We carry most parts we use for repairs - because of this, 90% of our repairs are completed in 2-3 business days.
Situations can arise where a part may be out of stock that is required to complete a repair and this may lead to extended repair time.

If you mail-in your repair, there will be an additional cost for return postage.
This is typically between $10-$18, depending on the size of the device.
We don't charge a diagnostics fee - and if we are unable to repair your device, there is no charge.
You can either drop your device into us, or mail it in to our location in Mount Barker.
When setting up a mail-in repair, ensure that your device is securely packed.
We will pack your item for return with care so that it arrives back to you safely.

Yes! Warranty ranges from 30-90 days, depending on the type of repair.
For example, a water damage repair have a warranty of 30 days, but a charge port repair may be 90 days. New replacement parts are covered under the manufactures warranty which is typically about a year.

We've been in business since 2018, yet even though we are a relatively new business we have the experience, tools, and knowledge to repair your device - no matter what the problem is.
We have a strict "no fix, no fee" policy - that's right, if we can't fix it, there is no charge.
